I worked with Karen at EDS Port Hawkesbury, where she was a tier-two technical agent. Tier Two agents held a specialist position in which they were required to provide technical support to first-tier internal customer service representatives, and also to render assistance/ provide problem resolution to external clients which was beyond the scope or ability of first tier agents. Karen consistently provided correct resolution to internal and external clients. She was always diplomatic and empathetic. She maintained superior metrics, demonstrated a desire to constantly keep updated on process and procdure, and was ready to learn and improve on new techniques at all times.
