I'm responsible for making the necessary changes and improvements to balance processes and enhance productivity. I actively participate in implementing projects and I'm responsible for the process engineering and operational excellence programs at three Coca-Cola-CDF group sites. My role involves managing continuous improvement projects in manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, time, and cost benefits for the processes by following the Lean Six Sigma methodology. I also focus on process standardization to maintain operational compliance in production processes and adhere to the company's Management System specifications. Additionally, I prepare, update, and implement necessary procedures and documents in collaboration with all departments. This includes handling changes and installations of manufacturing equipment. I conduct capacity and time studies of production equipment and actively contribute to purchasing decisions regarding new equipment. Data collection and analysis was key aspects of my role. I prioritized projects and developed implementation plans using methodologies such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
