Kareena is the owner and soap maker at Kri:ei’tiviti. We are an artisan business producing small-batch, hand made, cold process natural soap, in Perth, Western Australia. Kri:ei’tiviti was borne out of the need for a skincare product with natural ingredients that are kind to my sensitive skin. After much research and many trials, I have developed a range of all-natural soaps that I know are safe and healthy for our bodies. Kri:ei'tiviti's soaps, lip balms, bath salts and bombs are all made in the Kri:ei’tiviti kitchen from local and sustainably sourced plant oils, plant colourants and pure essential oils only. No micas, no fragrant oils, no artificial ingredients and no artificial preservatives. Our wish is to make a product that is kind to the earth and kind to your skin.

Swim Coach and Carer

As a Swim Coach and Carer on the Down Syndrome Swimming Team Australia, Kareena works with an organisation and people with outstanding abilities in the field of swimming. The team consists of approximately 22 swimmers and 8 staff. As a coach, Kareena is responsible for the well being of the team members when they travel to training camps and World Championships. Previous destinations for the team have been Italy in 2012, Mexico in 2014 and back to Italy in 2016. Truro, Canada is our destination for 2018. All aspects of athlete health and well being are catered for from assistance with daily tasks through to coaching on deck at competition. The relationship the team has is strong and unique, making them World champions in their field!

As a consulting Swim Coach, Kareena brings many years of experience in many levels of swimming to her work. Kareena has been working closely with the Masters Swimming community, mentoring their coaches and working with swimmers to improve their skills. The Crossfit community is also benefiting from having a qualified and experienced swim coach work with their athletes as they see swimming appear more and more in their competitions. Kareena is available to come to your organisation whether that is corporate or sporting, to work with your people to improve their well being, their fitness and their skill level through swimming. She works with people and athletes from beginner level through to high performance. Head Junior Coach, Assistant Senior Coach

Head Junior coach responsible for overseeing all aspects of the junior swim program at Fremantle Swimming club. This involved selection and training of new coaches, placement of swimmers into the squads, programming and delivery of swim sessions to squads from beginners to sub national level swimmers. Organisation and operation of swim camps incorporating up to 90 swimmers on the camps. Fundraising activities including an annual Swimathon raising awareness and funds for the SIDS Foundation . Assistant coach to the Head Coach involved shadow coaching with the National Program. This often involved covering the coaching duties for this program when the Head Coach was absent. Swimmers at this level were at National age and open qualifier, Junior and Senior Australian Team level.
