Being responsible for the O&G business means generating business in the Oil & Gas, Refining, and fertilizers companies. • My target is to always exceed the sales targets planned ahead of each year. • Creating strong relationships of the key persons affecting the decision-making process. • Paying visits to the key account - government / semi government companies / massive private sector companies - for generating sales and making product awareness • Paying visits to the procurement specialists to get the products to be included in their vendor list. • Giving technical presentation of the products to plant engineers/ procurement specialists • Gathering information on the potential companies and of the contact persons and maintain it as a data base. • Performing the bottle tests to screen the most appropriate chemicals working for the customer application. • Performing field trials to ensure the recommended products fit to the day-to-day application onsite. • Reporting down the bottle tests & field trials according to the results & the notes taken onsite. • Creating quotations & offers for the tenders as per the request from the clients / companies. • Follow up on the submitted quotations / tenders till its awarding • Coordinating with logistics to ensure we match the customer's conditions in case we get awarded. • Following up the customer payment. • Submission of Invoices to the clients • Handling the warranty / quality issues, if needed. • Coordinating on the periodical lab test of oil samples. • Working on business periodical reports to the BU manager & GM. • Organizing periodical technical seminars in coordination with the principals • Creating customer data base, daily activity report through CRM.
