  Job Responsibilities:• Manage and delegate work duties to Deputy Chief accountants to receive and distribute tasks to senior and junior Accountants .Daily manage and follow up all staff to ensure the smooth in all responsibilities.Meet all requirements of the higher level in a timely and efficient manner.Review and Post all transactions recorded in oracle system (AP-AR-FA-CM-GL) to ensure accuracy after verification of the responsible staff.Ensure the implementation of all financial policies of the company from the staff.Review , Check accuracy and Error free of all Periodic Reports , Cash Management daily Reports , Payments , Monthly Salaries , before presenting or getting Approved from Top management .Review Monthly Banks reconciliation after closing.Review reconciliation of the sub-modules with the GL module.Review matching between outside systems (ticketing system-inventory system) with the GL module.Review matching between HR department Report (Leave & Indemnity provisions) with the GL module.Review recording of investments transactions before presented to higher level.Reviewing new contracts specially related to financial part.Prepares Monthly Consolidated Financial position for CEO and Top management .Prepares the quarterly and annual consolidated reports for review by the external auditors.Prepares a full analysis of the quarterly and annual reports of the company for the Chairman.Insure of supplying external auditors & Internal auditors with anything they need for the auditing activities.Follows up local banks credit facilities to ensure the settlement of financial liabilities in due time.Help in provide requirements of all governmental authorities and prepare monthly and regular reports for the following external parties (Stock exchange reports, Ministry of commerce and industry reports, ministry of finance ……etc).Handling all issues submitted to other departments,Also perform any other financial tasks as required.
