Trained in designing signalling layouts, Control Tables, use of MicroStation for Signalling drawings. Worked in Signalling design department for Resignalling projects, SSI upgrades, altering and designing signalling circuits in relay interlocking areas for integrating ETCS Level 1 in the rail network. Currently working with the Train Protection System department in the project of installing ETCS level 1 in the city network which will then be extended to installing the same in whole Irish Rail network. Have designed cable plans, local area Balise layout drawings, worked on verifying if new signal circuit drawings are compliant to Irish Rail standards. Also have carried out onsite work to determine local site constraints for installing equipment and participated in solutions planning for the same. Show less
