I had the pleasure of working with Karan for a little over 2 years. During that time, Karan was able to learn a new skill set swiftly and brought his enthusiasm and positivity into work every day. Karan had some great wins during our time together, including growing our email list astronomically, building out our social media presence across multiple platforms, and above all, building the Chillbo brand into what it is today!! Karan has amazing people skills, an ability to take direction and run with it, and I was pleasantly surprised at the additional responsibilities he was able to learn and adopt during his time with us! We were sad to see Karan leave us, but know that he'll be a valuable asset wherever he chooses to apply his work!

Carried out forklift optimation as part of my mechanical engineering research project. Through risk assesment and the use of the Fishbone tool for root cause analysis, my team and I were able to identify risks in the operation of the forklifts used in the factory. The safety aspect of operation was ameliorated by improving the visibility for the operator through the installation of cameras in strategic locations. With the aim of improving efficiency of the of the forklift, an electrical energy recovery system and a hydraulic system were tested and compared for various load onditions. Show less
