I also assisted Dr. Robert Smith, performing PCR with HIV-2 Pro-RT, QuikChange IIXL site directed mutagenesis, plasmid Maxi Preps, interpretation of data and preliminary prepping for sequencing and testing of these HIV-2 viral plasmids.
