In addition, I execute monthly social and academic programming for residents while building an inclusive environment.

  Served as a coach, mentor, and tournament director for the Michigan State Forensic Speech Team. As president, my team and I successfully hosted Michigan's largest speech tournament two years in a row, with one virtual (2021) and one in-person (2022). Tournaments consisted of approx. 400 high school students competing across 14 speech categories in three preliminary rounds, a semi-final, and a final round if they progressed to the top 12 and top 6 of their category. As president, I also took on the role of Finance Manager ensuring Spartan Speech was set up for long-term financial success.
