  I have been a professional motivational speaker for about 15 years. I have also trained for 3 years with one of the premier training and development organizations in the world. I am know as a dynamic speaker who instantly cuts through the barriers separating high performers from the next level of performance, drawing from my practical, hands-on experience as a world-class, professional beach volleyball players who won 2 international gold medals and the Canadian National Championships and the theoretical training I received in my Master’s of Arts in sport and performance psychology Whether that’s helping sales teams with the psychology of selling, human resources teams with the psychology of people, or high performance athletes with the psychology of winning, customer feedback has indicated that the tools I provide make an immediate difference in the performance of those in attendance and that they love the analogies back to sport since it makes them feel like Olympic athletes themselves. My keynote addresses are done in a non-traditional, hands-on, workshop-keynote format such that every participant has the experience that they were ‘in the game’ along with me, learning the mental tools and techniques to push them to the next level of their 'game’. My Olympic-level volleyball experience adds an extra edge to my speaking engagements, as I bring in my world-level gold medals, and speak on how sporting excellence mirrors excellence in the field.
