      I started off the position by attending meetings with vendors to research which one would work best for our company. After the vendor was chosen, we had a strict timeline for getting the system into Production. I do configuration on the Docupace system, which houses our documents and houses our workflow. I was assigned to configure the Post Issue workflow. As a company, we also asked for a call wizard. Docupace didn't currently have a call wizard function. I collaborated with Docupace to create the first Dynamic Wizard. I created all of the workflow types in the Dynamic Wizard which our teams currently utilize.
