Last week I had the pleasure of being the MC for the Aid and Trade London conference 2017. I had stepped in to replace someone else at the last minute. Arriving at the ExCel conference centre after a crowded commute, I was met by Kara. In the midst of all of the busy-ness around us both, Kara projected an air of calm and support. She was able to answer my questions with a smile, and if she couldn't sort things out herself, she would find out quickly what I needed to know. I noticed how Kara interacted with guests in a very positive way, including a princess and heads of international organisations. If you need someone with exquisite customer service skills, who can stay calm and level headed in a crisis, then Kara would be ideal.
