As a Senior at UNT, Kara worked as an intern in the Brand Marketing division at Mr. Cooper during the time I was a contractor there. Kara is outgoing and confident, yet also curious and enthusiastic about learning new things. She quickly grasps concepts and wants to understand the "why" as well as the "how." Kara is highly motivated and is an excellent communicator. During her internship, Kara conducted competitive research and garnered some insightful results, and then consolidated her learnings into a final presentation, all with very little guidance or direction. Kara works well in a collaborative environment but is quite capable of working independently as well. In fact, she took the initiative to assist with a challenging project that required the involvement of several people working on separate sections. I highly recommend Kara as an asset to any team.
