Trains, mentors, and develops professional development plan for Staff Assistants. Assists in the development of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) Campaign event strategy and drives planning including logistics, programming and communications for various high level Campaign events. Serves as event planning consultant to fundraising staff for regional event activity. Develops and provide event tools and resources to streamline activity. Develop and maintain database of event yields and event venues and vendors for reference for future events and strategies. Writes and directs distribution of event briefings. Creates resources for fundraisers to carry out the briefing process such as templates and suggested talking points for alumni and parent event hosts.
