  My name is Kara Harbin and I am a graduate of Concordia University in Austin,Texas. In December of 2018, I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Secondary Education. I am currently a 6-8 grade ELA teacher at Christ the King Lutheran school in Memphis, TN. I strive to allow my creativity to influence all that I do in life. My teaching journey has pushed me to grow as an educator and it has fostered my passion for learning. The power of education has continuously impacted my life and it is my hope to inspire and impact my own students. I am passionate about reading, photography, traveling, education, and writing.
