At Circle of Life, our goal is to share the gift of hospice with our community. We want to support families who are navigating life limiting illnesses, so they are not alone. I am blessed to serve our nurses and support team who are often the first contact for these families. We determine their specific needs and work with our referral sources to obtain medical records. Our team schedules admissions and information visits to ensure patients and their loved ones receive support as quickly as possible. As a manager, I love building a positive work environment that everyone looks forward to entering. The team's energy is then shared with everyone they interact with. Being in hospice, it is important for us to support families and one another, in a kind and gentle manner. From my previous role, I continue to create visual data presentation for our Business Development department. I also support our team as admin support for various program. I am happy to help wherever I am needed. Show less
