We meet only a finite number of individuals during our lifetime whom we can truly and accurately desribe with all of these adjectives at once: driven, goal-oriented, high-energy, passionate, smart--and Kara is one of those. I would have no qualms about referring Kara for any project that she felt she wanted to tackle because I know she would prepare, take it seriously, and do an outstanding job. She's a true professional who is committed to lifelong learning and development. I suspect there isn't much she takes on at which she does not excel. I keep hoping to one day work on a project with her because I know I would learn from her!
