• I was the Swan Districts Youth Girls team coach where I engaged local females aged 12-17 to play AFL. 40% of participants where from Indigenous backgrounds with a 97% player retention to 2015 (some of these girls are now my team mates). • Managed and delivered the Active After School Sports program to high-risk youth, across 5 Primary Schools in the Swans District • As part of my role I completed my Level 2 Coaching accreditation attend regular professional development sessions on coaching, game environment and high performance. I continue to engage in professional learning both in my role and my personal time.
