  To manage the overall activities of Lending Business.• Managing a team of people responsible for executing the Financing requests. • Ensure completion of documents as per the checklist before disbursal of loan.• Pre & post loan servicing:- This includes processing of loan disbursal request, loan renewal, accounting of loan repayments, insurance entries and upfront processing fees, preparation repayment schedules of loans, interest charging, interest raised to RMs, interest reversals working/processing as per approved management policies, client payout requests, issuance of interest certificates and communication letters i.e. overdue interest/ other charges & total o/s dues etc. to customer, bank reconciliations, DSRA reconciliations, Stale cheque reconciliations, DSRA FDR redemptions from Bank, DSRA fund movement (FD creation/delinquents customer's a/c), Assignments Payout - Bank payment & system entry, vendor's bill payment processing and full/final settlement is taken care off.• Banking of Instruments as per the presentation cycle and via other collations made like RTGS, NEFT etc. • Handling stock related work like shares pledge or unpledged requests, shares release or off-market transfer requests, liquidation & pay in the process, lien marking/vacation of lien on Mutual funds, stock reconciliation and creation of various scrips/MF/Bonds in CMFS. • TDS related work like calculation, accounting, certificate follow-up, and collections.• Resolving branches/RMs/customer queries within TAT.• Serving as a co-member throughout the internal & external audits, RBI inspections, and Operational due diligence.• Preparing and circulating of MIS & reports i.e. cheque issued but not presented & DSRA etc.• Calculation & cross-checking the RM-SM incentives and DSA payouts on monthly basis.• Performed end to end UAT testing on the launch of new product/ enhancement in a product.
