  At Windar, I was responsible for making technical drawings of product components, mounting assemblies and testing setups in Solidworks, while practicing ISO design standards, DFM and DFA techniques. This includes the parts holding the electronic circuitry, lenses for laser beam targeting at specific location with tight geometric tolerances and few meters high structures to be mounted on turbines. I got the experience to take decision for right material and surface coating for offshore/onshore environment and manufacturing processes according to the production requirement. I have worked with machined and casted aluminum parts and injection molded plastic parts during this time. I used to keep revision control of drawings, supporting sourcing department with Dynamics NAV to keep record of stock items, talking to manufacturers/suppliers for manufacturing details and 3D measurement reports, building the prototypes, making assembly documentation for production and inter-department meetings for R&D brainstorming sessions.   I worked within an innovative project of development of high pressure low temperature electromagnetic electrolyzer. My responsibilities included 3D designing in Solidworks, making 2D drawings and doing nonlinear dynamic analysis of components under given loading conditions. I was also supervising the control system of electrolyzer, by making effective selection of instrumentation and integrating them with PLC through programming routines.
