      Roles & responsibilities: Part of indirect taxation group responsible for vat, cst, entry tax and other taxation related compliances: • Computation and reconciliation of monthly sales tax payment for W.B from the system report explained and demonstrated hands on within stipulated time . Preservation of Soft copy of all reports and workings in year wise folder. • Generation of the stock in and stock out report of every month from the system and arrange them location wise in excel format for confirmation of value on quarterly basis for issue and receipt of correct F form. • Compilation of the C form transactions on quarterly basis and updation with C form received to get the pending forms instantly for further follow up with sales team. • Details of the credit note adjusted in return has to be immediately arranged with supporting(debit note) once the return is filed to avoid issues in assessment in future. Statement required for assessment has to be made quarterwise once the return is filed and soft copy preserved. • Preparation of Monthly input claim for local purchase and maintainance of relevant purchase bill. . • Checking of Hard copy of invoice for stock in and getting it tallied with the system value and the way bill for each month to avoid value mismatch in F form and error in way bill. • Checking of the documents for export billing to Bhutan to ensure that Indian Customs endorsement is duly made either on L/R or on invoice . • Checking of the shipping documents for billing to Andaman on monthly basis.
