  Working as Senior Engineer to ensure the quality of products and quality related documents. -Involve in NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Process & Various Documentation. - Ensure Incoming inspection, In process inspection & complete layout of the assembly parts as per control plan for new & existing parts. - Involved in Root cause analysis, investigation and establishing counter measure for various defects using why-why analysis. -Preparing & controlling quality related documents(Check sheets, control plan, PFMEA,SPC,MSA,Layout etc.). -Ensuring Load test inspection, weld penetration inspection , Thinning inspection, calibration of gauges & other activities related to quality. -Conducting continuous training activities for inspectors & operators. -Interaction with In process quality team & customers for internal & customer quality complaints -Responsible for technical problems solving . -Involved in review with management about Quality & new project status. -Ensuring that rejection and scrapping of material is minimized by red bin analysis and ensure only quality product are being manufactured. -Committed to reduce the rejection & rework cost for the organization at my level best. -Implementation of 5s, poka-yoke activity and kaizen.
