Kanika is a wonderful manager and an inspiring mentor. As my reporting manager at WWF, she has been keen to help me hone skills as a professional communicator even beyond my internship. With utmost patience, she’s showed me the ropes of media, provided multiple opportunities to learn and took the extra effort to ensure that my internship experience was as rewarding as possible. Generous with compliments and also constructive critique, her sincerity as my mentor made me feel valued and extremely motivated as a member of the team. Despite the rigour of handling various projects and juggling our 6 hour time difference, her clear communication and organised management made working together a breeze. It was inspiring to see her passion for the cause, her flair with words, her attention to detail and positive energy. It was a pleasure to work with such a supportive mentor.

Kanika Kohli was a key member of the team helping to launch a successful partnership between Karbonn India and SwiftKey. Her marketing leadership ensured the creation of the proper strategy, positioning and messaging to attract substantial media attention (digital and otherwise) as well as consumer interest. We were also able to bring company leadership together beyond the event to drive distribution for the companies. I give Kanika a high recommendation for her marketing ability. Sincerely, Eric Collins

As an expat spouse in Belgium, I experienced first hand the challenges of social and professional integration for internationals. There are usually enough avenues for social integration but professional integration is often a challenge. Identifying this void, I co-founded Talent Interlock, a start-up specializing in nurturing international talent with training and integration programmes to prepare expat spouses for the Belgian professional market.
