Identify and attract top talent while effectively managing the recruiting cycle from beginning to close including initial contact, conducting in-depth behavioral interviews (15 a week) to determine skills, knowledge, interest, market value, availability, check references, submit for position, and pre-close after interview. Ensure quality staffing needs are met by creating candidate profile/formatted resume and evaluate applicants work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements. Diligently utilize networking events, social networking sites, company lists, cold calling and creative internet sourcing techniques to find passive candidates.
