Responsible for managing assigned projects, generally ranging from 200K to 5M, from the pre-design stage through construction, installation of equipment and project closeout. Project may be new construction or major renovation, of varying building types and executed via various project delivery methodologies. All of these factors are considered in determining the number of assigned projects at any given point in time. Primary duties include management of pre-design, design, construction, commissioning services, project cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance. Oversees the acquisition and receipt of equipment and coordinates with clients to assure efficient move-in and start up. Maintain project records, produces reports and ensures timely project closeout. Zared Architecture teamed with Parsons Brinckerhoff to conduct a comprehensive TOD station area development feasibility study of the CT Fastrak corridor that runs between New Britain, and Hartford CT, with a focus on the BRT stations along the busway. This study entitled "CTfastrak Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Capacity study" will evaluate 10 of the 11 stations along the corridor.
