Kanesh style of leadership was open and diplomatic. He would just focus on the solutions and not the problem. His interpersonal skills was good, he could generally get along well with most of his colleagues whether they were superiors or reporting to him. He was also good at bringing workable ideas to the table (which is all part of his solution focused attitude).
