Kaneecia Johnson is the rarest type of professional I have ever worked with. This could simply be a laundry list of her accomplishments, and there are too many to rattle off, but Kaneecia's true strength comes from her ability to lead with empathy, compassion, and kindness. It isn't enough for her to delegate and have tasks completed, which would be understandable given the depth of her responsibilities. Rather, she gets right in the trenches with the heart of a teacher, unpacking opportunities, explaining the benefits, and empowering the individual to complete objectives and succeed. It's easy to get lost in the weeds, especially in a young organization, but Kaneecia's superior time management and leadership abilities keep her on the clearest of paths every day. Our mission statement is to change lives, and Kaneecia takes extreme accountability for that mission, and applies it not just to clients, but to internal team members, leadership, etc. She is the ultimate "treat the lowest guy on the totem poll and the CEO with the exact same level of respect" type of person, and I truly could not imagine our organization without her. Even further beyond that, there is literally nothing Kaneecia cannot accomplish. If tomorrow she said she wanted to be a ballet dancer or a head chef or an airline pilot, she would absolutely achieve that goal and do so in short order (and would probably be the best at it). I cannot recommend this person enough!
