I was responsible for a complete organizational turn around. Rebuilt the Board of Trustees, reduced administrative cost to under $.10 on the dollar and created some of the most innovative public private partnerships in public health including: GENERATIONS, AmeriCorps, 2 Access to Care Initiatives, Southern REACH, Gulf Coast HIV/AIDS Relief Fund and spearheaded the growth of the permanently endowed David E. Rogers Innovation Fund. I was responsible for a complete organizational turn around.
