• Being the Project Manger, for all Contract Manufacturing Products, beginning from Technology Transfer to Delivery of the Product to the Contract giver the following activities are monitored regularly.  Coordination with Purchase department for procuring of Raw materials as per the specifications with the given approved vendors.  Discussing with Finance team & getting clearance for all commercial activities.  Follow up with Logistics to reach the raw materials in time to the site followed by QC analysis for all raw materials.  Use test batches in the Process Development Lab.  Pilot scale Trails, Validations and commercial batches monitoring.  Reconciliation and Cost sheet finalization. Managing, Supervision of lab experiments & reviewing of process reports. Subordinate Development, allocation of goals and achieving them within the given time lines.  Monitoring the scale up batches from Lab scale to plant and Trouble shooting.  Qualifying the Vendor by doing the performance batches in lab.  Developing an economic, recovery & purification processes for the API’s & Intermediates.  Maintaining good coordination between Team members.  Preparation of Daily, Fortnight, Monthly, Executive summary reports etc.  Teaching skills, Evaluating the Patent scope, Structural elucidation ,Spectral data analysis, Laboratory Safety Practices, Team Management, Assessment Skills, Report preparations etc.  Back up plans and allotting the projects to alternative persons to achieve goals.
