      • Metrics & Dashboards: I compile and maintain management dashboards for the company. They include key business indicators (Revenue, MAU/WAU, New Users, Conversions, NRR, support team metrics, etc.) which I also calculate. This enables managers to track the state of the business and achievement of KPIs. • Marketing analytics: I maintain and refine a tool for marketing analytics. It supports the process of marketing attribution, as a result of which a weight is assigned to each marketing event, and offers a dashboard to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. • Customer/Product analytics: I provide sales teams with data that helps make decisions about customer development and retention. To do this, I am engaged in segmentation of the customer base, I calculate Churn, Conversions, LTV, and I help understand the User Journey. • Managers responsibilities: 1. I improved processes of interaction with customers, which made prioritizing tasks within each department more transparently in conditions of insufficient resources possible. 2. I conduct interviews and mentored employees. 3. I prioritize tasks and set goals for colleagues. 4. I Interact with the DWH team as the main customer. The tasks that I set for the team can be divided into three blocks: adding new data sources, creating convenient data marts, and refining and correcting errors in existing ones. 5. I structured the work rules within my team (for example I unified disparate dashboards and developed rules for dashboard design) 6. I supported our department’s WIKI. 7. I administrated a technical support chat for dashboards with ~100 participants. The main tool is YQL (an SQL superset). I use ClickHouse and a Hadoop-like system for databases. Visualization is done in Datalens using JavaScript. I use Python as part of YQL scripts, as well as for Ad Hoc tasks. A GitHub-like system is used for version control. For ETL-process I use a Yandex built-in tools; Show less

Sales & Operations Analytics support: 1. I compiled and maintained multiple analytics dashboards for sales, operations, and product departments. 2. I built finance models and plans for new products and services. 3. I did ex-post evaluations of projects and marketing campaigns. 4. I made and visualized a client interactions graph, which allowed to identify chains of fraud interactions from the first incoming transactions to the last outgoing payments to the providers. 5. I developed a users segmentation model which helped offer personal payment plans to certain clients. 6. I participated in AB-testsCall Center Analytics support: 1. I maintained a forecast model for incoming calls. 2. I created an algorithm to make a work schedule. 3. I built and maintained a dashboard which provided managers with the possibility to control call centers, balance the load between them, monitor key metrics, and create the optimal schedule with different shifts. As a result, we managed to improve the target metric (service level), while reducing the amount of manual labor needed to make forecasts and put schedules together (the time was reduced from a few days to several minutes for each month). Projects leading and other soft skills: 1. During a financial crisis in the company there was a task to find a new revenue source with lowest clients churn. I searched for such a source and proposed a project. Then I got approved by Finance and Product Directors and implemented the project using resources of various departments (Accounting, Lawyers, System Analysts, Product manager, Treasury, Development). As a result the project was successful and brought additional revenue, without causing any significant churn among users. 2. I advised colleagues and mentored employees. 3. I have experience of speaking at internal conferences.Stack:SQL, Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn, matplotlib, networkx, XGBoost etc.), Tableau, Spark, Hadoop. Show less
