Support Supervisor
-
Dec 2016 - Jul 2018
• I successfully led and developed a team of 19 people, 8 of which were promoted within CoverMyMeds. I took on the challenge of being a specialist supervisor when I was unfamiliar with the role. I learned the specialist processes to effectively support my team. • As a colleague and leader I took part in feedback conversations including positive coaching and tough coaching conversations. I participated in 2 leadership courses offered by CMM and regularly met with my team to build relationships. I took part in yearly reviews as well as merit increases. In addition to this I’ve worked with recruiting and have assisted with hiring and interviews. • Collaborated on refining the verification process to make it more efficient. As a result we were able to work through a backlog of 1,000+ users to verify their providers in a two month time frame. The new process also resulted in a more comprehensive training. • I took part in cross-vertical meetings; co-owning pharmacy communications with another supervisor. In these meetings we assess current and upcoming products and the effects it could have on support building plans to give our team members the tools they need to assist users effectively.
