  • Quotation- Check oil and spare parts in the inventory, and other systems include Part Souq, export auto parts, and Scuderia car parts- Take the number of codes that have been checked and include them in the next job- Check the quantity carefully and the price correctly- Talk to a technician when looking for parts not found in the system- print out to check again and sign- Parts Picking Slip to workshop team leader- Take on tasks and discuss them with the team and BM/BA• Purchasing- Send a message to the supplier to buy the spare parts needed- Check suppliers and confirm parts Aircraft Parts- Negotiate the price of all accessories before deciding to buy- Check the invoice of the number of goods, and the price we order carefully- Tell the mechanic to come and check to verify all the spare parts to be put in the car- Then sign the invoice to the shipper- Carefully keep the invoice for upload to the system• Inventory management- Check part brand, quality, and price- Confirmed Parts purchase- Response to Group Telegram (Part/BM/BA and Acc)- Shoot screen for the doc Support• Bills to pay- Enter your name, phone number, and bank account costumer to the system- Supplier included in the invoice to retrieve the payment at the end of each month- Enter the Reference into the system, especially the invoice number and information of the car to be replaced.- Type in Item code, Description, Quality, Unit Price, and Branches carefully- Type the original poster and Goods Received Note to excel to print and upload to the system• Report or Documents- Warehouse Monthly Stock Count - Warehouse Monthly Purchase RequestsGood Received Notes, Invoices- Daily supply oil to workshop- Allocate immediately stock to branches- Refill stock at a fast-moving location- Arrange stock picking and packing for branches & arrange stock shipment to branches for urgent request Show less
