The aim of this collaboration, part of COMPASS project, is combining THz from Free Electron Laser (FELIX) with microwave pulsed EPR, to simultaneously control the spin and orbital wavefunctions of defects in silicon, exploiting the electrical detection methods developed in spin-selective donor-bound-exciton spectroscopy.
