  - Sr. Technical Lead - Gender in the DFID-EU funded (GBP 48M) SUCHANA project, led by Save the Children in collaboration with HKI, iDE, WorldFish and ICDDR, B in Sylhet (Bangladesh).- Technical Lead for the design of a strategy and roll-out of gender activities for HKI’s Creating Homestead Agriculture for Nutrition and Gender Equity program in Suchana.- Lead formative research on Gender to design gender intervention of Suchana program- Lead development of technical guidelines and associated tools for implementation of the Gender - Integration into the Suchana Program to ensure quality, coherence, and relevance of these components.- Lead the gender mainstreaming initiatives for the Suchana program both for the program and organization level - Ensure technical quality of intervention, and provide direct technical assistance to GoB stakeholder, project staff and partners on Gender Integration, Women empowerment social and behavior change communication (SBCC), Conduct gender-awareness training to Suchana higher level management, partner organizations and GoB staff as required.- Conduct specific gender trainings within the Suchana project as required.- Collaborate with the other Gender Specialists and with Technical Officers in providing technical support and follow-up for facilitators who will be conducting training sessions in the field;- Monitor the quality of both stakeholders and community sessions, as well as the overall performance of the facilitators, with the aim of ensuring maximum quality of the program implementation in the field.- Develop timely reports on gender activities to the Project Manager and consortium as required.- Maintain regular contact with both HKI and partner organizations on the gender integration- Collaborate in the INGOs Gender Working Group, Feed the Future Gender Cluster Group SRHR gender working group and any other networking initiatives as required.- Lead the Suchana Gender Advisory Group.   - Provide technical input in the development of gender-related training materials, activities and messages to be used in the program activities.- Conduct gender-awareness training to project staff, partner organizations and GoB staff as required. - Conduct specific gender trainings within projects including women right and addressing GBV as required.- Collaborate with the other HKI Gender Specialists and provide reciprocal technical support;- Assist with design and follow up of monitoring and evaluation of gender-related activities as per the projects’ M&E plan.- Develop timely reports on gender activities to the Gender Manger as required. - Maintain regular contact with both HKI and partner organizations on the implementation of gender-related activities.- Represent HKI in the INGOs Gender Working Group, Feed the Future Gender meetings and any other networking initiatives as required.- Assist in proposals development for HKI and in research for gender-related topics as needed. - Contribute to outsourcing new funding opportunities for HKI’s gender portfolio.
