Oversee & sign off Safety, injury, hazard risks & incident reports. Review were applicable baseline risk assessments on introduction to changes within the workplace. Ensure that all personnel under my control are properly trained & competent prior any task. To assign objectives, target and communicate with personnel. Ensure that we rich our target under give budget. Data capturing of daily store issues & receives (Stock taking) parts, ordering parts for plant (Mobile crushes & Earth moving equipment). Updating of daily stats costs, budget, reports on site. Oversee scheduled & breakdown maintenance/repairs from mechanical to electronics on plant. Supervise and manage technicians & artisans on site. Sign off job cards, time sheets & overtime. Ensure high availability, utilization by implementing & maintaining controls
