      MITS Air Conditioning is one of the Mitsubishi AC/Heat pump distributors. As Technical Support Specialist, I am mainly (but not limited to) responsible for the following duties: - Collaborating with the technical support team to respond to inquiries from contractors, installers, service technicians, etc. via phone or email with technical and service support. - Start up, commissioning and service of all Mitsubishi Electric product, commercial ERV and make up air units. - Configure every Mitsubishi Centralized Controller and BACnet module for the Building Automation System (AE200, AE50, EW50, TC24, BACHD 150, etc.). - As needed, work with various functional areas to resolve issues in the controls field and determine their internal corrective actions. - Prepare a wiring diagram for various control sequences. - Utilization of third-party modules and equipment to modify the air conditioning system in accordance with the requirements of various sites. - Technical support and training on Mitsubishi products, Airzone, Intesis BACnet module, Renewair and Premisys over the phone and on site as well - Assist the engineers in the design of new projects, equipment selection, system modification, controls procedure, and other tasks. - In order to win the order, work together with the customer, engineering, procurement, and sales. - Close follow ups with factory for new products service training and reporting of quality issues including root cause analysis.
