As a Finance Head of Spring Fest 2016, my achievements and responsibilities are encompassed below-Planned and budgeted finances of fest approx. INR 1.40 Crore which included auditing, negotiating rates, optimal allotment & distribution of expenditure during and after the fest.-Procured entire printing logistics of the fest and achieved strategic reduction of 20% in expenses.-Entrusted by Institute administration for finances and other Official regulatory works.-Established tie-up with“Arvind Mills” for customized “US POLO” merchandise worth.-Lead a team of 26 members and garnered Sponsorship and Alumni Contribution for the fest.-Framed rules & regulation for registration and overviewed it for over 3500 participants.

Spring Fest is the annual social & cultural festival of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.My work and responsibilities as Core Organizing team Member are briefly encompassed below:- Worked in all three facets of the fest i.e. Sponsorship, Publicity and Events management.- Conducted and conceptualized the fresher’s event around the campus which saw a participation of 700+ fresher’s, a record so far.- Successfully conducted flagship events: nukkad & shuffle in Madhya Pradesh.- Mentored a team 33 Associate members and was successful in achieving record participation in Spring Fest 2015.- Was part of the team who conceptualized and published annual publications of Spring Fest; VAANI & Souvenir of Spring Fest 2015.- Was responsible for garnering sponsorship and alumni contribution from the central region.
