Monitoring the performance of Milestone Targets with BCM & DRR basis as well tracking intensity ratio on each case on daily basis. Ensuring timely training and checks for all location-wise BCM. Conducting a timely review of each high-value case of locations by visiting each case & timely feedback to seniors.
