Corporate Television was a start up that made hundreds of training videos and supporting technology platforms for its clients. Developed the initial project workflow of the company, which operations continued to use and build on even after my term. Ensured client satisfaction and managed major accounts of large local companies such as Jollibee, Carrier, Unilab, and Medical City. Delivered within project timeline (9 months) and to customer satisfaction the first successful product line of CTV called 'Salesforce Channel'. Oversaw the overall production of 48 videos, made end-to-end from conceptualisation, scriptwriting, and production. Tested and refined LMS platform's UI and UX. Released weekly content. Increased user engagement with LMS through FGD with employees in collaboration with client's HR department. Assisted CEO with sales strategies and creation of keynote presentations, and presented to clients alongside CEO.
