      As a Senior Engagement Manager at mDevelopers, I was responsible for overseeing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our custom development and IT outsourcing services. As the only salesperson in the beginning, I was responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in collaboration with the company president. I eventually established and led a team of six individuals who focused on the prospecting process and marketing to expand our client base. I leverage my experience and knowledge to maintain and enhance customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and work collaboratively with clients to ensure their needs are met through our services.
