My role consist of many various tasks which include creating and deleting of users, groups and computers within Active Directory, creating file shares and managing folder access, managing security systems for all users and business. We have a lot of daily tasks and working in fast paced environment, We are always focused and ready for all challenges to make sure we can deliver best services to the business. I am always working hard and perfectly communicate with a team - I think this is very important as best single person will never perform better than organised team, we have to look after each other to reach what we need. Our Job is to help resolve internal issues and complete projects that come our way in a professional and timely manner, make sure we can provide our services with short-time resolutions and quick response. We also provide external support to two 3rd party company’s called Ropto and The Claims Guys Legal. LeadX is a parent company for The Claims Guys which was employing over 900 people.
