I have worked with Kamil for almost 5 years at Allflex Poland and MSD Animal Health Intelligence. During that time Kamil has demonstrated strong leadership skills and business understanding. He has lead and inspired his team, making it probably the most efficient one it terms of QA within the Group. He was further promoted to Global Support function, where he really thrived and used his skills to full extent. A number of achievements made by the Group has been thanks to his commitment, skills and self-development-drive attitude. His decision to move on to a different organization has left Allflex/MSD with a gap very difficult to fill in. I really enjoyed working with Kamil, his personal and proffesional approach is something I have kept in my mind as a benchmark of how a true leader should behave.
