I’m going to miss working with Kamil. He and I worked together for almost 2 years in Jacobs, but now sadly he’s moved on. I’m confident that he will continue to succeed in his new position. He has drive, determination and skills to make project controls look easy. Kamil provided me with reassurance that the appropriate processes and procedures were being adhered to. He was not afraid to challenge me and provide efficient solutions to problems. He was willing to learn and perform all duties asked by me even those out with his scope. I made an effort with Kamil to further his development. He might refer to me as his mentor, but this was definitely a two way mentorship and a complete knowledge share between two colleagues. He taught me a lot coming into Jacobs and played such an important role in our framework management team. He always makes time to support the cause and behaves like a team player should do. Willing to take on anything that is asked of him, including delving into the unknown. He sets a good example for other team members with his values and integrity. Apart from his working skills he’s a nice person generally, with a positive outlook regardless of the amount of work ahead. He’s a real star performer and I’ll know he’ll quickly prove himself him his next role. I wish him well for his future. I’m grateful for his loyalty and service with my projects.
