  Carry out inspections as outlined by the management for issues related to safety and hygiene. Maintaining of systems related to exhaust unity. coordinate with contractors, service providers and owners of outlets. Following up of tenants to rectify damaged or need to replace items. Inspections Maintaining Standard Procedures Check on administration and working procedures and ensure all are carried out as stated in the outlet Management Manuals. All machines and equipment must be kept in good repair. Regular inspections on the conditions of equipment must be carried out and an up to date AVO list to be maintained.
