Accountable for the management of the overall product roadmap for both Predix Studio and Predix App Engine product lines. These products served multiple industries; Utilities – BC Hydro, San Diego Gas & Electric, Southern California Gas, Pennsylvania Power and Light, Exelon Aviation – Delta Airlines Manufacturing - Komatsu Released major versions of App Engine to support ongoing customer engagements and existing and potential customers in the pipeline. As well as our first release within the GE ecosystem. These releases helped to implement over 12 POCs and 11 beta customers across GE business units and verticals. 11 Beta customers helped to establish product and market validation under the GE portfolio Driving commercial and operational processes to get the final approval for Studio and App Engine products to be sold as part of the GE Digital Portfolio offering. Focusing on meeting all Security, Operation and Fulfillment Compliance requirements. Drove and led collaboration efforts with engineering, design and data science teams. These were essentially POC’s, with the goal of understanding product(s) and technology and conducting a cost/benefit analysis. Responsible for all Scrum activities for 6 engineering scrum teams at one time. Including sprint planning, grooming and overall backlog management. Channelled all engineering teams’ focus to improve product quality. Reduced from 3000+ bugs to less than 200. Supporting Advanced Engagements and Commercial teams with identified product issues.
