Accurate capture of leave, time, and attendance data for timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing reports for decision-making are additional responsibilities. The incumbent is accountable for ISO certification by documenting processes, conducting internal audits, facilitating external audits, and ensuring immediate rectification of any non-conformities. Educating employees on ISO standards and ensuring full adherence is paramount. Effectively managing labour contractors while ensuring HR legal compliance and fostering positive business relationships is a key aspect of the role. Assisting the SBU head in building a performance-driven culture with engaged employees is also part of the job scope. The incumbent is responsible for offering HR services to both Executive and Non-Executive staff, including handling non-executive requests, loan processes, medical claims, letter requests, and HGRC benefits.
