I'm an Organic Synthetic chemist and a mentor for UG Students. I have developed a synthetic route for synthesizing Pyrrole based Pi conjugated organic molecule and Characterized them using serveral spectral and spectroscopic techniques. Furthermore, I have 5 years of experience in the Chemical Lab rotary to carried individual projects based on synthesis of different types of supramolecules and understanding their properties using differnt types of experients on them, for example metal coordination with different transition elements, titration with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) etc. During my research, I have learned many useful instruments for interpretation of synthesized organic molecules for example: 1) Bruker and Rigaku single X-ray crystallography machine (Bruker and Rigaku), 2) Bruker Avance NMR (400 and 500 MHz) (Bruker) NMR, 3) Bruker Tensor 27 FT-IR, 4) Shimadzu UV-NIR 3600, Horiba Scientific instrument and Fluoromax-4, BAS Cyclic Voltammetry, 5) Tandem Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) (Agilent Technologies 5975C), 6) Sonicator, 6) Kugelrohr, Julabo, 7) Syringe Pump 8)SPS etc.I'm well versed in interpreting 1H NMR, 13C NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, NOE, FT-IR, LC-MS, HR-MS, GC-MS, Single Crystal X-Ray crystallography, UV-Vis absorption and Fluorescent emission spectroscopy, Cyclic Voltammogram, etc. I know some well known softwares required for data analysis and interpretation for example: Topspin, MestReNova, Mercury, Olex, Diamond, Crystal alis pro, apex3, Shelxt, mendeley desktop, Chemcraft, gaussview5, Chemdraw14, Origin 2019. Microsoft Office, I have some basic knowledge of Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations for Structure optimization, TD-DFT and NICS(0)/(1). Expertise in writing and arranging records of research data for publishing in research Journals. Show less
