I have since moved into the Access & Operations Porfolio, where i have been involved in £16m transformation & Data Migration project, which has been keeping me very busy! My Skills include the following: Managing the programme finances, and using the resources available to pull off the transactional details required for month end reporting. I have developed Vlookups in the finance tracking to aid in managing large amount of data. I also support the Raising, tracking and receipting of POs on Oracle. Ensure journals and accruals are created and adjusted as required. Complete the Management Variance report and explain the major differences in actuals and forecast. Work with the project Accountant and PM to correctly forecast and ensure this is alligned to programme budget. Ensure that the PMs are working to the process deployed by myself to manage the RAID Item on the project. These include, understanding the Inter and outer project dependancies, ensure these have been IA'd and included to a project plan deliveable. Risks and Issues are chased through to closer. Lessons Learnt are being captured throughout each project stage and these are stored in the PMO repository area on Sharepoint. Project documents are stored on the project Sharepoint site, which is created and adminstered by myself. A numbering structure is agreed with the PM and this documented in the PDD. The project document log is managed by myself to ensure that we have the latest version of the document available with the relevant approval signoff. Other Areas include management of project organisation charts, contact lists and holiday trackers. Assist with onboarding of new project team members. Over my years in VM, i have assisted with deploying governance within my projects to streamline the way we work. Show less
