I have worked alongside Kalyani at Harappa Education. She has been my team leader and I cannot imagine anyone better as my team lead. I find a good leader is one who makes your work enjoyable, showing trust, and a good example of working hard. Kalyani is all of this and so much more. I have worked for organizations like American Express, IBM, Serco, and FICCI yet it is here in Harappa that I’ve found Kalyani to be someone who goes the extra mile to support her team.

      Repair Methods of Structures Worked on site on repairs of old walls and facades at the WWII Fortress in the island of Suomenlinna, Helsinki, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, advancing the concept of indigenous repairs on historical structures. (The research was started by the the Von Konow Academy in collaboration with the Governing body of Suomenlinna in the year 2008. I work under the Post Doc Researcher at Aalto, Esko Sistonen. Our summer project was about analysing the various properties of those testing fields at Suomenlinna and compare them to the previous data, in order to map the changes observed. The primary research area is to map the crack patterns on the lime-cement mortar wall sections. The next phase involves more intrusive testing, like drilling, chemical and physical laboratory testing and thin section analysis.) Show less
