  I was handling all the hardwares, radiators and consumables, paint shop materials to reach it to the production line. and I implemented the minimum & maximum stock levels as per ABC analysis..eliminating the corruption levels involved between the process of procurement and receiving the material at the production line. Streamlining the huge inventory procured by the previous buyers at plant level and scrapping of the same.
